Announcing the Launch of The People Partnership

For the past several years, I've been thinking a lot about the future. My professional future, my future outside the office — and the future of  workforces as a whole.

The more I thought about it the more I realized that the greatest value I could bring to all these fronts was in leaving the traditional, employed workplace model and launching my own consulting outfit leveraging everything I've learned from my mentors, peers and partners over the years. Now it's time to share that news.

Beginning in the fall of 2018, The People Partnership is open for business. And I couldn't be more excited to take on your people opportunities and challenges, while also building the flexibility to spend more time with some my favorite people: family and friends. 

This is a passion project in the truest sense. You might even notice that the term "Human Resources" or "HR" is conspicuously absent from this announcement. It's more than a matter of mere semantics. Sure, I'm here to help put best-in-class processes, protocol and workflows to work for your mid-size enterprise or growing start-up. But I'm really focused on the people, growing you and your team to traverse obstacles and fulfill your ultimate potential. 

We do a little of everything here (And when I say "we" I mean "me"), from managing talent management to building workplace culture and conducting leadership development. If it involves your people, odds are it's in my wheelhouse.
